Capabilities Consultancy & Systems Integration

Expertise you can deploy — at programme scale.

For clients who need specialist engineering, integration and programme-management capacity — without carrying it in-house — TechPavitra provides consultancy and turnkey delivery tailored to government, PSU and large-enterprise needs.

Services

Six service lines — single engagements or combined into a turnkey programme.

Clients engage us for a single advisory brief, a multi-vendor integration, or a full-lifecycle turnkey programme — often starting with one and expanding into others as trust builds.

01

Technology consultancy & systems-engineering advisory

Independent technical advisory on architecture, technology choices, build-vs-buy decisions and programme structure — grounded in engineering, not slideware.

02

Multi-vendor integration

Integration of multi-vendor hardware and software into coherent operational systems, with interface management, test and acceptance responsibilities clearly owned.

03

Turnkey design, supply, install, O&M

End-to-end turnkey delivery — design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance — under a single accountable contract.

04

Cybersecurity & digital-transformation advisory

Security assessments, architecture reviews and digital-transformation advisory for operators of regulated or critical systems.

05

Capability-building & knowledge transfer

Structured training, documentation, on-site handover and longer-term capability-building programmes — so your teams own the system after we exit.

06

Prime or sub-contractor on major programmes

Prime- or sub-contractor role on large-scale Central, State and multilateral programmes, with programme governance, reporting and compliance handled in-house.

How we deliver

A five-stage delivery discipline, applied to every engagement.

Every engagement — whether a two-week advisory sprint or a five-year turnkey programme — runs through the same five stages. That consistency is what makes engagement commitments survive contact with reality.

1

Scope & assessment

Understand the outcome, the environment, the constraints and the success criteria — written down, agreed and signed before we start.

2

Architect & design

Technology architecture, integration design, risk register and programme plan — produced as reviewable artefacts, not slideware.

3

Build & integrate

Manufacture, integration, configuration and test under controlled-quality procedures, with transparent progress reporting throughout.

4

Commission & handover

Site installation, operational acceptance, documentation pack and structured training so your teams are ready to own the system from day one.

5

Sustain & evolve

Operation & maintenance, spares and obsolescence management, and iterative capability upgrades so the system stays mission-ready.

Engagement models

Commercially structured for the kind of programme you’re running.

We structure engagements to match how you buy. Advisory work runs on time-boxed sprints. Integration and turnkey work runs on milestone-based fixed-price. Long programmes can run on framework contracts with scheduled work orders.

Model A Advisory sprint

Time-boxed advisory engagement — typically two to twelve weeks — producing a specific reviewable artefact such as an architecture assessment, a technology-options report or a programme plan.

Best for Early-stage decisions, go/no-go reviews, second-opinion mandates.
Model B Fixed-price milestone delivery

Defined scope, defined milestones, defined price — with clear acceptance criteria at each stage and structured change-control for anything outside the brief.

Best for Integration projects, turnkey deployments, capability-build work.
Model C Framework with work orders

Multi-year framework contract under which specific work orders are called down as needed — with pre-agreed rates, terms and governance.

Best for Long programmes, continuing advisory, panel appointments.
Model D Prime / sub-contractor on major programmes

TechPavitra as a prime contractor leading a full programme, or as a specialist sub-contractor inside a larger prime-led programme — with programme-office capacity and compliance handled in-house.

Best for Central / State tenders, multilateral programmes, large PSU contracts.
Who we work with

Three kinds of clients, each with their own engagement pattern.

Government bodies

Central and State Ministries, directorates and specialist agencies running technology-intensive programmes.

  • Digital-transformation programmes
  • Critical-infrastructure modernisation
  • Capacity-building and training mandates
  • Technology advisory panels

Public-Sector Undertakings

Central and State PSUs modernising their operations, building engineering capability or integrating new systems.

  • Operations modernisation
  • Industrial IoT deployments
  • Cybersecurity assessments
  • Sub-contracting on PSU-led programmes

Large enterprises

Indian and multinational enterprises running infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities or regulated operations at scale.

  • Multi-vendor integration
  • Digital-transformation advisory
  • Turnkey capability build-outs
  • O&M and sustainment contracts

Every engagement is led by a responsible programme manager with clearly scoped technical, commercial and risk accountability. We write what we will deliver, deliver what we write, and provide structured lifecycle support after go-live.
